Petter Lundgren
Founder
Petter holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law and has built his career in group accounting and financial controlling.
He has worked as a consultant at Deloitte, focusing on group reporting, consolidation, and IFRS for acquisition-driven groups, as well as a Financial Controller at leading Swedish companies within real estate and industrial sectors. Petter’s strength lies in navigating complex accounting matters with precision and quickly gaining an understanding of new businesses.
Elias Helmers
Consultant
Elias holds dual Master’s degrees from the Stockholm School of Economics and Lund University Faculty of Engineering (LTH), and has experience on both sides of the investment process, including due diligence at Industrifonden and business development at Vargas Holding.
He also has three years of operational experience at Aira, one of Europe’s leading cleantech scale-ups. This gives him a cross-functional perspective that is uncommon in financial roles and particularly valuable to clients undergoing periods of change or growth.
